I’m approaching 9 years as a permanent makeup artist/ cosmetic tattooist and this will be my very first price increase as I’ve been avoiding it….thanks for understanding!

Once scheduled you will receive an invoice & instructions(also available below) via e-mail. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ASAP. A $100 reservation fee is required to reserve a permanent makeup appointment and is due upon receipt or a a specified date on the invoice if your appointment is more than 15 days out. . Appointments will be cancelled once 5 days overdue. This is to ensure a contract between artist and client, I will be available & ready for your service and you will be present/ follow all aftercare instructions. The reservation fee is applied to your service & is non refundable. The deposit remains valid if the appointment is cancelled 48 hours in advance & rescheduled within 65 days of the deposit date. Once past 65 days a new deposit is required. 

CLIENTS MUST BE 18 OR PROVIDE WRITTEN AND NOTORIZED CONSENT. And possibly verbal consent over the phone.

PLEASE COMRE ALONE FOR PROCEDURES FOR INSURANCE REASONS…THE ROOM IS SMALL AND NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN WITH A SHARPS CONTAINER ON THE WALL, BIOHAZAED RECEPTACLE , AND ACCESBLE NEEDLES/ INKS/ ANESTHETICS WITHIN REACH WHILE WE ARE FOCUSED ON YOUR TATTOO/ NOT MONITERING CHILDREN.

BEFORE ANY PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURE 

Do not consume alcohol The day before or day of your procedure. Do not consume excessive caffeine the day of your procedure, a caffeinated beverage in the morning is fine.

Do not apply makeup to the area being treated the day of your procedure or for 10 days after your procedure.

Do not take any blood thinners (NSAIDS/ Ibuprofen etc.) The day before or day of your procedure. It's also recommended to discontinue vitamin E, fish, oil, and omega vitamins 5 days prior. Doing so will cause you to bleed out the anesthetic and be in more pain.

EYELINER ONLY: Use of Latisse or any lash growth products must be discontinued 1 month prior to your procedure. Lash extensions must be removed at least 1 week prior to your procedure.

Facial injections in or around the treated area must be done 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after your procedure.

If you are using Retin-A, hydroquinone, skin bleaching products or growth serum on your eyebrows you must stop use 1 month prior to your procedure.

Retinol, Vitamin C, AHA acids & Hyaluronic acids should be stopped 7 days prior to your procedure. Prescriptive or OTC anti-aging products containing retinols, salicylic acid, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, alfa hydroxy & the like although not directly applied to the eyebrows, can travel up to 2 inches under the skin. Due to the chemicals/acids found in these products the pigment can appear blurry under the skin, change in color, fade prematurely, cause the skin to bleed or not retain at all. This goes for the Hair Stroke and the Ombre/ Powder techniques. If you bleed, the procedure may have to cease. After the procedure is healed and you resume the use of anti-aging products, they will still impact the longevity of the procedure. The creams and acids can travel up to 2 inches under the skin and WILL cause premature fading, blurring, color changes or no retention at all.

EYELINER PROCEDURES– Latisse or ANY lash growth product – 4 weeks    

LIP PROCEDURES- PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT KEEP YOUR LIPS HYDRATED AND EXFOLIATED AT LEAST 5 DAYS. You can exfoliate your lips using an oil & sugar mixture…a natural oil such as olive, coconut , grapeseed, avocado etc.
IF YOU HAVE A TENDENCY TO GET OR HAVE EVER HAD A COLD SORE/ FEVER BLISTER YOU MUST BEGIN AN ANTI-VIRAL PRESCRIPTION NO LATER THAN THE DAY OF YOUR PROCEDURE. FAILURE TO DO SO, RESULTING IN AN OUTBREAK THE TOUCH-UP WILL BE $300 RATHER THAN $75.00

**Please be aware the procedure results depend on the following: Medication/ health conditions, Skin Conditions –  i.e. oily, porous, very dry/flaky skin, sun-damaged, glycated (heavily creases or cross hatch wrinkling), loose or laxed skin as well as natural skin undertones.  Alcohol intake, smoking, general stress, immune system, and diet. FAILING TO FOLLOW aftercare instructions, may affect your healed results and there will be an additional fee to the $65 (eyeliner) or $75 (lip & brow) touch-up fee.  99% of all cosmetic tattoo/ permanent makeup procedures REQUIRE an 8-12 week touch-up to ensure the perfection & longevity of the procedure.  This will include any shape/ color adjustments and correct any shrinkage or fading from the initial procedure.  Skin/ tattoo’s change during healing like any wound.  **Everything we eat and drink have their own chemical structure and electron ends that are unattached or free, may get attached to others compounds inside the body forming a new molecule that may show a different color spectrum. The better condition your skin is in, the better the final result will be. Mature clients may need an additional one to two weeks healing for the final results to appear. The better you take care of your skin and protect it from UV rays, the better the outcome and lifespan of the permanent cosmetic procedures.

AFTER ANY PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURE:    

*Aftercare instructions will be specific to each client/ procedure. In general you will keep the area clean and dry 10 days, cleansing w/ minimal water and cleanser with cotton/ q-tips/ CLEAN FINGERS and patting dry.                                                                                                 

* DO NOT touch the area. Hands contain bacteria and create  infection & Picking can cause scaring.                                                                                                                                   

* Avoid direct contact with animals, gardening, sun, sauna, Jacuzzi, chlorine pools, ocean & steam room. Wear a hat to shield area for at least the first 14 days.

 CORRECTIVE SERVICES ARE PRICED PER CASE If you have poorly done permanent make-up, I can help. Trained, and certified to perform pigment lightening/removal using Li-FT by Li Pigments, a safe, high content salt and fruit seed extract solution which is extremely effective in pigment lightening and removal. The solution is safe for all areas including the eyeliner. Removal sessions range from $80-$250 depending area size and saturation. *Typically a full brow or eyeliner removal is $200 for the first session, sub sequential sessions will be less however determined at your appointment.

When scheduling with previous work from another artist A photo is required prior to the appointment to properly assess work and required time to correct, reshape and give you some fabulous new brows!

• Additional charges may be incurred if aftercare instructions are not followed, resulting in poor retention.

• Permanent makeup appointments cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged a 30% cancellation fee and or loss of initial deposit.

• Once complete, services are non-refundable. Every attempt will be made to ensure your happiness with the procedure.
